Why does my Grow a Garden code say invalid?

Codes in Grow a Garden are case-sensitive, so "torigate" won't work typed as "TORIGATE". If the spelling matches exactly and it still fails, the code has most likely expired — event codes are usually pulled shortly after the event ends.
